Meeting times vary—information will go as it becomes available, or you can talk to a staff member to learn more and get involved!
Friendly Reminders
All activities need to be signed up by the Wednesday at 3:00pm prior to the event. Example a Thursday June 15th, 2017 activity needs to be signed up for by Wednesday June 14th, 2017 at 3:00pm. A Saturday event follows the same procedure. Special events cheers for Peers or Picnics that are held on a Tuesday needs to be signed up for by the prior Wednesday at 3:00pm. i.e. – Cheers for Peers for Tuesday June 27th, 2017 – participants need to be signed up by Wednesday June 21st, 2017. This process is also for picnics.
Another reminder about transportation request – receiving clubhouse transportation is a privilege, please make sure you are ready for pick up. If you are not going to be able to make it you need to call the day prior to pick up or call Janet two hours prior to activity let her know you are canceling.
REMEMBER, YOU MUST SIGN UP AND PAY YOUR $2.00 COST OR RESERVATION FEE FOR YOUR SEAT FOR ALL ACTIVITIES BY THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THAT ACTIVITY.
